Massey's Pizza - Whitehall

All the works where wonderful. Pizza was nice hot and fresh.. Clean, warm and friendly.

Never going back. I called in my order and arrived when it should have been ready. They said it wasn’t done yet. Waited for another 20 minutes to find out they had lost the order and it would be another 30 min. I left and came back when it was supposed to be done. Picked up pizza and went home. When I opened the box, the pizza didn’t look like it had in the past, some of what little cheese was on the pizza wasn’t melted and the crust was uncooked in the center. I wasted my entire evening trying to save time and “just get a pizza” and ended up with something unfit to eat. I have NEVER had to throw away a pizza before now. I tried calling back for a refund several times but never got through. Tried again the next day and they wouldn’t even refund my money. Masseys can be great pizza but don’t waste your time at this location. They are horrible.

Pizza was overcooked (edges almost burnt) and it didn't have much sauce. This was my first time back at Massey's in probably 7 years and it's definitely not the same. The pizza used to have a lot of sauce and cheese...not anymore!
