Church's Texas Chicken

I'm not sure how this place is in business. We placed an order online to be picked up at 12:30. When we show up there is a sign on the door that they will open at 1:00 pm. Since we already paid online, we wait for them to open. Once they open, we are informed it will be another 45 minutes. Since we only get 1 hour for lunch, that doesn't work for us. We ask for a refund and they tell us we will need to do that online. When I get back to the office to get a refund, the online system won't let us cancel the order. I try calling directly and it goes straight to voicemail. I can't leave a message because the mailbox is full. So I'm out $27 and I'm not able to get a refund. First time trying to have Church's Chicken. I guess I will never know if the food is good. EDIT: Since I can't reply to your generic response. I still have not gotten a refund, a call or any consideration for your inept service. I still have not had a chance to even taste the food to know if it is worth the hassle

Visited this store on a Sunday and the line moved pretty quickly. When ordering, we were told they were out of several items. This made ordering different, but it wasn’t a problem as the person in the intercom was very apologetic and respectful. Then arriving at the window, the man was still professional even after telling him the order was wrong. He fixed what he could without any issues. They still made it wrong again but he was genuinely trying and that was worth the missing items
