Haven't been to a Marie Callendars, phewww in years! The wait to be seated on mother's day was about 20 mins. I was expecting it to be an hour or more to be honest. Also our food took about 25 or 30 mins which I didn't mind because it was so fresh and delicious. The servers and staff were all so amazing and friendly. I would definitely go back and I definitely recommend !!
Marie's, as we referred to it as kids was always a family favorite for special occasions and I'm delighted to say that, if possible, the food is even better than I remember. Mike, our server was wonderful, knowledgeable and attentive. His suggestions and descriptions were spot on. It was kind of busy, yet Mike always seemed to be right there when we needed him and our meals were all excellent, hot and all served at the same time. Each one looked picture perfect! Though sadly we were so taken with Mike's enthusiasm and the delicious looking and smelling food that no one thought to take pics. No worries, we'll be back soon to correct that. Thanks Marie and Mike. See you soon. Dietary restrictions: The banana bread has no nuts, my son had his 1st ever taste of a family favorite outside of the house.
Food was good. Got the 3 for $12.99 and a drink. Everything was tasty. The salad was great and was pretty big. The meatloaf sandwich was tasty. My pie was good as always. But what topped it off was the server. He was very pleasant and attentive. Left full and satisfied.
