Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors

I really did want to like this place, but I just can’t give any more than two stars. The bathroom was full of puke and had dirty walls. Much of my food was inedible because of how salty it was — in particular, the vegetables of all things. My companion sent his meal back to the kitchen because the chicken tasted out-of-date. I’m including a point or two for the kind staff, but unfortunately my score for this place got tanked by the bad food.

Food is ok, could be better given the price. A little too much soy sauce but is still good. The portions are lacking given the price. I ordered a portion of Kung Pao Chicken with chow mein and ended paying almost $17. I understand that this one may be more expensive because of the location but as a customer I didn't feel i got what i paid for. The bathroom had dirty towels everywhere and no soap in the dispenser. I hope to come back but want better service.

Ordering delivery used to be great not anymore. Before when you ordered they nicely packaged each item in their own container that kept the food pretty warm. Now.... they deliver their food in cheap white containers. They have no dividers to separate the items. I'm a mom of 2 bd feeding a toddler who only likes certain things is such a challenge! But she loves chow mein! So I paid the extra to have it as a side just for her. Well now that they just throw all your food into one open container all the Kong pow sauce got all over the chow mein making it entirely way too hot for her to eat!! Both dishes ordered were soggy and barely being held in the container. What a way to treat your customers. Even if Ordering delivery our food be presented nicely and not all mixed in together. I won't be Ordering from again if this is how my food is going to be handled. Thanks for making a mom trying to take a break for the work even harder at dinner time....
