Marco's Pizza

I placed an order over the phone. The female told me the price and hung up. Well hour and half later. My pizza never showed up. So I called. She said. She never sent the order back. I told her she was rude. If she had any questions. She should have called me back. She had my phone number. Because. She told it to me over the phone when I placed the order. I'm not pleased with there employees at all. Very immature. Next time. I want pizza. I'm calling someone else!!!

Listen… I visited here from out of town and let me tell you, ANTHONY WALKER had great customer service! We chatted for a bit, and he shared with me that tonight was his first night as a manager. I told him he was doing a great job because he truly went above and beyond. Every additional item I asked him for, he did not hesitate to give. He was so polite, and truly made my experience worthwhile. In a world where there is so much negativity, I’m glad to have had such a great customer service experience tonight!

Got pizza and a cheese bread. The pizza was okay but the garlic bread had raw garlic on top as if they forgot to add it so they just threw it on at the end.
