The name fits perfect, this is my favorite place hands down!! I'm glad I tried the Johnny cake the other day, I can't stop thinking about the taste and crispy texture, every bite broke my heart because I knew it was going to end. Everything I've tried has been a culinary adventure and the flavors are unmatched. I'm still working my way around the menu! The sauces are amazing along with the homemade Swank!!
I had the chicken & waffles & I can't say enough how freakin good these were. Perfectly seasoned/breaded chicken & the waffles were crispy & THICK. 10/10 recommend! The owner is a delight to work with as well!
the salmon patties are the most amazing food I have put in my mouth, along with the sauce - *chef's kiss*. this restaurant does not miss! the grits are smoky and creamy and I can eat them everyday. The salmon salad is my go to for lunch, the jerk sauce on the peas and rice is a match made in heaven. If you are looking to support a small, local, woman owned business, this is the one.
