Marco's Pizza

We order 14 pizzas from this store every Wednesday for our church youth group down the street. The staff is always friendly and help get everything loaded in the car. The pickup deals are great and keep us under our budget for the week. Also like that we can order online and schedule our pickup time for later in the day.

Ordered pizza at 7. Was given an ETA of 8:14. Seemed a little long for pizza, but figured I would wait anyway. 8:14 came and went with no pizza, so I called around 8:20. Turns out they were short on drivers, but said it would be out the door in 10 minutes. By this point, I was watching my tracker app like a hawk. 8:30 comes and goes, and the tracker doesn’t change. I start debating my life choices. FINALLY at 8:42 the tracker updates! 20 minutes later the pizza is finally delivered 45 minutes late. It arrived somewhat warm, but certainly no longer fresh. And even though I only ordered my veggies on half the pizza, they decided to put veggies on the whole pizza. So my boyfriend, who did not want the veggies, did not get to enjoy the pizza. Anyway, I’m not so sure I want to order at this location again after tonight’s experience. I gave it 2 stars because they at least got my sauces correct, and nobody ever gets those right. The rest of the experience was not so great.

Lost Customer... I usually have good service here. However, today was beyond horrible. Order wasn't ready & staff didnt know until I came to pick it up. The "manager" never said anything to me and when he did he was rude & could care less. His words "Lady, I'm still in high school & really don't give a dam about this place." The rest of the staff was pleasant & helpful. I tried understanding he was having a bad day but he was yet again rude.
