Staff was amazing. The quality of the dry aged bone in cowboy ribeye was melt in your mouth. Unfortunately the crust flavor was very lacking. The steak overall felt very under seasoned. And I am a traditional black pepper salt person but even with just that the flavors just did not shine through at all which did not allow the beef flavor to stand out as strong as other stakes that I have had in the past. Everything else was very good when it came to the dishes however when I'm spending $100 plus per person just did not go home feeling like it was worth it.
We enjoyed the best fine dining experience ever! Superior service and amazing food. The attention to detail was impressive. Our table captain exceeded our expectations. We will not forget this stellar evening. Thank you!
