Macaluso's Italian Restaurant

Good food, good service. E was our server and really outgoing. Great humor too! The food was great, got the baked ziti and the baked cheese ravioli.

We enjoyed our experience at Macaluso’s today. Food was good. Service was excellent. We had EJ as our server and enjoyed her personality and her recommendations. Establishment was clean and welcoming. The chicken genovese was the table favorite. All dishes were good. The Garlic bread with tomatoes and cheese was a great appetizer. The Chicken Sunrise was a subtle creamy sauce with sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms. We would recommend and would return. Spacious, clean single gender specific restrooms. Has a lovely garden patio with seating ability.

Sitting in the restaurant so far no service 10 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant.... 20 minutes before a waiter has come seems like a restaurant on kitchen night mare so far and also seems slight racist... Still no bread after two parties behind us also got bread...... fried cheese, soup, and Caeser salad were good....Ahh I figured it out they add 20% gratuity to parties of 5 or more so their service is lacking on purpose. Food was actually really good... Sad that it was tainted by the abysmal service. The bread finally came after everyone finished their meals. My son who is a picky eater couldn't touch their "chicken tenders" as it was breaded Italian chicken breast cut up... Should at least inform that it's not actually chicken tenders. Total dinner time was 2 hours and about an hour and a half of it spent waiting. Wish this place could improve cause it has promise. Also the snobby vibe just makes it seem ghetto and trashy.
