Great food that was pretty quick, in a convenient spot in the mall. We were here visiting family and needed a quick bite to eat. Not only was this convenient for us. The price was right, they had gluten free options for my wife and chicken-free options for me. Portions were good sized and we all left feeling refueled and ready to go. The staff was very kind, took time to explain stuff about the menu to us, and they even came over with a towel and an understanding smile to clean up the spilled glass of water my daughter knocked over.
Carrie**the general manager made my Sunday visit with my family very unpleasant. We ordered our food and waited for our table to be wiped down. She attended to other customers while my family waited to be seated. Uncomfortable, my father asked for a napkin to wipe our own table, to which she refused and asked again to wait. I then asked and she finally gave us napkins. My family ordered 3 meals and a side of feta cheese. They forgot to place to order for the side of cheese and never attended our table to finish cleaning. My family felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. The manager, Carrie** made the assumption that we still didn’t need assistance when she came to our table and said she would never compensate for a side of cheese... Terrible customer service. When I asked for a phone number to contact the owner, she referred to the website. When I asked her name she walked away and said her name was Amanda* ((((update: her co worker called her by another name and asked to make sure that
