Authentic and delicious. You can't go wrong with the regular pork soup dumplings, super thin skin and yummy soup, if only they came out of the kitchen hot instead of room temp. Spicy wontons, seaweed tofu salad, and pork fried rice were all delicious. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes, just walk around the mall
If you love dumplings, then you have to try Din Tai Fung! This is my daughter's favorite restaurant because she is obsessed with soup dumplings. Din Tai Fung is a Chinese restaurant that specializes in dumplings and noodles. They hand-make the dumplings and you can even watch them do it. Every time we come, my daughter does the ordering. She knows exactly what she wants. We start with the cucumber salad and a honey milk tea with boba. We then go crazy and get all the soup dumplings. We also order a variety of ???? dumplings, and noodles with spicy sauce. The service was perfect! The wait staff was quick and attentive. The food of course was spot on! Everything tasted fresh and delightful. They are always super busy with long lines. So the ambiance inside is busy and loud. Which makes the experience even more fun. I highly recommend making a reservation to avoid waiting in line. Especially on the weekend.
Absolutely delicious! We’ve been here so many times to celebrate special events. Our favorites are the bok choy, green beans, chicken dumplings (+ their new chicken xiao long bao), the veggie noodles, and their lychee tea. Everything is customizable and the service is always incredible. If you haven’t been, you have to go treat yourself.
