Lumes Pancake House Frankfort

The reason I am giving this restaurant a 3 is because everyone besides our waitress was kind and the food was good. Everyone shouldn’t be affected by the bad seed. Our waitress Wendy was miserable. It started with me ordering chicken fried steak and asking to substitute eggs for something else. She flat out said no and said I had to pay extra for another side. Okay what if I had an allergy to eggs? so I asked for side of sausage links. She popped an attitude and then never brought me my sausage links. But charged us for it. So then when we got our receipt and I asked for it to be taken off she gave me a nasty look. This woman still got her tip but she should be recognized for her nasty attitude. Lume’s Staff was very kind and food was delicious!

My first time eating here.. they very welcoming and friendly I walked in the door and got greeted with a smile. They helped me with my order and I didn’t have to wait long.. everything was exactly how I want it.. I will definitely be back.. they give you a lot of food this breakfast was only 13.00
