The owners/employees really need to work on their customer service skills. I ordered food one day last week and the guy at the cash register didn't even acknowledge me. No smile, no greeting.... absolutely nothing! Then I ordered again today (6/22/22) and the same thing happened but it was a woman this time! She was literally having a conversation with a friend and blatantly ignored me until I finally asked is someone taking orders then she gave me attitude. Excuse me???? She called a guy from the back to take my order and it was the same rude guy from last week. I said I wonder how long I would've been standing there had I not said anything and his reply was a noncommittal grunt. This is why it's so hard to support black businesses. I spent money here 3 times in the last 2 weeks, but I'm done with this business for a long while now. I'll be patronizing businesses who acknowledge and respect customers.

OMG!! The best Jerk chicken tacos I’ve ever eaten in my life! The honey lemon pepper (yes I said honey lemon pepper) were bomb! The Mac and cheese were bomb and the yams were on point! Definitely will be going back again!

I’m currently 7 months pregnant and DO NOT play about my food. I ordered the jerk salmon Mac and the amount of Mac I got for 22$ was ridiculous. ???? I also ordered the spinach chicken and shrimp Alfredo. Instead of spinach I was given broccoli( mind you she’s advertising spinach) which I don’t eat at all. I took my food back to her and expressed that I didn’t eat broccoli and was told she would make it over. After waiting an additional 15 minutes I got my Alfredo which was supposed to be redone only for Lula to have only added spinach to the Alfredo instead of remaking the pasta. I will never eat here again because suppose I had an allergy to broccoli she completely discarded safety protocols to save money while I wasted mine. Unacceptable!! Lula don’t ruin something that can grow to be great being lazy!!
