Lucky Dog Hot Dog

First time eating a Chicago dog & it was really good! Great snap on the dog & very tasty. The pickle was not to my liking as it was limp & I prefer them crunchy.

I like the food is fresh is a lot they friendly the service and I just love going out Kid-friendliness: Children meals Parking: It's a drive thru plus a parking. Wheelchair accessibility: It's on ground level with handicap parking at the door.

I started by waiting a ridiculous amount of time for my order to be taken, only for my order to be taken wrong. Upon reading the receipt I noticed there were missing items and upon getting my food it was neither what I ordered, or what I was inaccurately charged for. They rang up whatever they wanted, charged me for whatever they wanted, and gave me whatever they wanted just to keep the line moving. How do you mess up 3 times and still give me a hard time at a resolution? I called back and the woman on the phone refused to give me her name. She told me in order to help me I needed to come back during peak traffic time and sit in the drive thru for yet again another 30 minutes. I really don't understand why I couldn't just email the manager a copy of my receipt, with a picture of the food I got, and the tendering ticket documenting the food I received was different from what I paid for. You already wasted my time, energy and resources, why cant you have common sense and choose customer
