I was looking to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary with a great lunch, but was mildly disappointed. My meal was 3/4 rack of baby back ribs with 2 sides. Grade and comments below: Ribs > A - very good, tender and tasty Hatch Chile grits > C - very good flavor, but too stiff, like eating wet cake (this was an up charge side) Potato salad > C - under seasoned, too smooth, like mustardy mashed potatoes Onion straws > B - appetizer, good flavor My vote for the best table BBQ sauce is the Memphis style, great flavor, no heat Recommended, with reservation about some dishes
