The first time here and waited almost an hour for food which I ended up canceling because it was going to take longer than usual. We got seated, and immediately the young lady took our order like she didn’t want to be there. Then she immediately brought us our drink. I never got updated on the status of the food, and the waitress was nowhere to be found. We asked the host for an update on our food, and she went to look for the waitress. The waitress told us that the food would take a little longer, and we decided to cancel instead. She immediately charged us for our drinks and barely said much. I was impressed because I was expecting more from a place that calls itself Latin Quarter. I wish this place creates better communication standards between staff and the customers.

The best Latin food in Sarasota! The staff are kind, friendly and very welcoming. They remembered us after the our 1st visit. Highly recommend this place to everyone! Go see Roz and the crew, you won’t regret it!
