Lovely Thai Restaurant

5 stars because they got my order wrong. I ordered veggie, got chicken. Stopped in the next day and they fixed it. no question. Food is always good Tom Kha you could take a bath in. I'm not mad at the mistake. I'm impressed by how they fixed it. Always friendly and polite, quick service. If you buy rice in Grayslake, it should come from here.

My go to Thai place in the north suburbs. Very consistent quality and flavorful dishes. Plenty of vegetarian options. Bangkok tofu is a must!!

So I went by lovely Thai today and they are open, there are people inside but the doors are locked and it says carry out only. So you can't go in to get a menu so the only way would be on your phone. They don't even have menus outside the door so people can grab one. It doesn't seem very smart especially if you want people to buy your food you'd figure you put some menus outside or that are accessible somehow during hours so people can order your food. I'm annoyed so I will say common sense is not coming to everybody you either have it or you don't and it seems like these people don't have it! Ugh ????
