I'm going to start out by saying "Tang's sucks!" Now that that's out of the way.... This place is awesome! My wife and I just moved to Gurnee from the Chicago-land area, about a month ago and we were hard pressed to find a good Chinese restaurant and we are happy that we came upon this place! I'd like to consider myself a pioneer of the pallet when it comes to Chinese food and this place hits the mark! The food is nice and fresh and the prices are exceptionally reasonable including portions. 2 stars because the dumplings were good. Delivery through Uber eats was relatively fast. I ordered Pork Chow Mein. Instead, I received steam rice and a jug of pork mixture that lacked flavor. The veggies were undercooked as well. The wife ordered the chicken fried rice. The fried rice was bland and the chicken had zero seasoning. It tasted like someone steamed the chicken, cut it up and folded it into the rice mixture. The veggies again were undercooked and the chicken was flavorless. The dumplings were good. We ate here once before about 5 or 6 months ago. We didn't have a bad experience, but it wasn't memorable, so we gave it another shot. After this experience, there are too many other Chinese restaurants that actually get your order right to waste time here.
