Louis' Cajun Seafood

TERRIBLE!!! I was here on 8/17. I got the king crab legs and crawfish boil with sausage. The crawfish didn't taste fresh. The shell on the crab legs was so rubbery that I couldn't crack it. When I finally got into the meat is was also rubbery. I had to go to the counter for butter and what they gave me was a yellow cloudy liquid than was butter flavored. Not clarified butter. My potato and corn was overdone and mushy. The only half way decent part was the sausage. For the price, (which wasn't cheap) it was ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE!!!! I will never go back to this place. Nor recommend to my family and friends.

I've been here like 5 times in the past two months and every time it is EXCELLENT. All the seafood is perfectly cooked in the boils I've had with the seasoning penetrating every piece. The Cajun sauce is great. I like to get mussels, clams, and shrimp but have had the crawfish as well. The fried cod and shrimp are also on point. This place beats two other places I've tried for boils recently out of the water. NO CONTEST. It was good enough to impress my dad who grew up in Louisiana.

I had chicken fried rice. It was very tasty and fresh. It had red and green peppers, onion and tiny bits of ginger. The chicken was seasoned perfectly. I’m allergic to shellfish, so I’m always a bit hesitant about eating at places that offer shellfish. Cross contamination. I did add some yum yum but that’s just me. It was delicious. This restaurant location is clean as well. It was early in the day so I didn’t have to wait long either.
