Chipotle Mexican Grill

I haven't had Chipotle in a while and was looking forward to a bowl. The serving counter was a mess and they didn't have any napkins, but I really wanted a burrito. I got home and the first few bites tasted a bit off. A few more and it didn't get better. It just didn't taste right, like something important was missing. I ended up throwing the rest of the bowl away. It left an almost soapy aftertaste in my mouth. I won't be going back to that location.

I go there weekly. It’s the one thing I do for myself most weeks. Just for example, the last three weeks in a row has been a perfect description of the store. The first one I waited over 20 minutes to get my food and they were out of bowls and burrito shells for the line. The second they were still out of bowls/burritos and were out of chips. This week they were not giving bowls or burrito shells to the line, they were out of salsa, and they were out of chips. So every aspect of my order was not correct because I ordered ahead and I was given a voucher for chips and a drink to compensate, but they’ve been out of chips for my last few visits and I don’t drink sodas there. I expressed dissatisfaction and was told they’d talk to the staff. Again.

Unfortunately I had to wait for about 40 min to get my order. It would have been faster to just go in the line verses online order. I waited with quite a few others. The food was great and they were nice & apologized for delay. Their dining room was blaa. I've had better service from them before. Maybe a bad day for them ????. I'd still give them another chance in the future.
