Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

I have been eating Lou's pizza since the Elk Grove store opened and have enjoyed various locations for decades. I can say, without a doubt, that the Cary location definitely made the worst Lou's pizza i have ever tasted. The top was like stew...way too much tomato. They got the order wrong and left off the sausage. We didn't know this until we went home, but because there were 10 people waiting in the lobby when we picked it up and we didn't want to drive all the way back, we didn't call and get it replaced. This pizza looked and tasted like slop. If any of their owners were given the pizza we got tonight they would, I hope, be mortified. My advice: skip the Cary Lou's and go to another location. We dumped our pizza in the garbage...where it belongs.

First time eating thin crust. Nice change. I'll eat it again especially on a warmer day. The salad is Lou's salad is always a winner

I have gotten over Lou's in the past ten years. They may be one of the originals, but there is far better out there these days. (Uncle Jerry's is 100% better). Pizza was wet, under cooked, and bland.
