Cuco's Burrito Express

Fantastic taco joint. Great friendly staff. Usual order is either Tacos tripas (crispy) or lengua. Both realllllly tasty. But have thought about trying the Pozole. Got to restaurant at like 9:50am. They open at 10:00am. Didn't mind standing and waiting. People who get there early and get salty there not open yet are jacka**es. The owner was there alone came to door and was nice enough to open for me. We stated talking about his Pozole. Told him I'm a Pozole fiend. He gave me a little bowl to taste. Wow ! Great flavor. Such fruitiness and spice from the various chillies. And tender chunks of pork. I cant wait to taste with the accompaniments. Theres are onion, lettuce, dried chillies limes and tostada flat chips. I do like radish,chicharons and cabbage too. But his way I'm sure is going to be tasty as all heck. Update: Oh yes. Perfect for a -9°F. Ordered the Pozole. Fantastic as I said. I added a 2oz. of avocado and some chopped cilantro.

The most friendliness and professional employees I have ever dealt with. This the the only place I will go to for carry out. I, myself is a Managing partner for a world wide company and I truly wish I had staff like them at Cucos.

The food is consistantly great, the prices are reasonable and is priced better than simular burrito places in area. The staff is curtious and helpful.
