Lotus Cafe & Juice Bar

This is a really cute spot in a great location. The interior was nice, the staff was very friendly, and there was a nice outdoor seating area. I had heard the the veggie burgers were good, so I ordered the Buddha Burger because it was a homemade patty, not a Beyond or Impossible, but I didn't care for it too much. The sweet potato fries were nothing exciting as they seemed to be the same ones you could buy frozen in a grocery store. The cajun salmon sandwich was better, but still not something I'd order again. Interestingly, the side of blue corn tortilla chips were not served with salsa, but you can ask for some and it's no problem. A friend of ours enjoyed an egg scramble but said the vegan sausage it came with was a "miss". There are a lot of good reviews and many positives about this restaurant so I want to really like it, but just don't think I ordered the right things. Would I come back to try other items? Sure. The food was freshly cooked, healthy and tasted very good. I love great, freshly cooked healthy food at an affordable price like this. They have a very big vegan menu. I ordered the salmon and brown rice and it was very delicious. The food was so good I couldn't even stop to take a picture of it before I started eating. I highly recommend this restaurant to tourists and locals alike!!! Features: Outdoor seating masks. Not too hard on enforcement of social distancing.

I love this place. The staff couldn’t be more AMAZING! Special shout out to Vishal for always smiling, regardless the workload. This is my fave study spot and the vibe is relaxed. Even in its busiest hours, this restaurant brings a sense of calm. Highly recommend it for vegan food and they also serve meat so it’s great if you have friends who eat different diets.
