Los Burritos Tapatios

I was staying at a hotel in Hinsdale and ordered Uber eats. I ordered a burrito with rice and beans and a Diet Coke. I asked for jalapeños on the side. It was delivered to me with no utensils and no napkins. Also no jalapeños. The burrito was so cold and loosely wrapped that I couldn’t eat it Without a fork. The pieces of meat that I did pick out to have something to eat were completely chewy and inedible. Terrible experience. I called them to tell them about the situation and they said they didn’t have a driver to drop the missing things off so I went without dinner after paying $32

I been eating in this place for almost 2 years waitress they really nice. Today August 24/22 afternoon when to eat there and order a menudo I can’t eat it because was to spicy. I told the waitress I can’t eat it because was to spicy and she explained to me and I order two steak tacos and she bringing to me.But after that I noticed they cooks the wore laughing about it .I complained to waitress I explained to her and told her to tell the owner to give a call to explain to him never call me .

I love coming to this place, today was a little upsetting. I come in order 2 tacos and a quesadilla and a gentleman that came in after me was served before me, he had slightly a bigger order than I. I think it’s great that they’re on a first name basis with their customers, but it’s not okay to pick and choose who they serve first. I always let the workers know how good and fast they are but today wasn’t okay. Normally everything here is great.
