Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant

Before my guests and I could be seated, two employees saw us standing and waiting to be seated, after 5 minutes of no communication, we asked if we should seat ourselves ir wait for someone, they hunched their shoulders at each other , turned back around a d started back talking to one another. So unprofessional and ghetto. I will never return.

Been coming here for over 20 years food is always good. But they really need to close a few days and deep clean and get an exterminator for the roaches I saw a few there on my last visit.

I usually don't leave reviews, but this is how disappointed I was in the quality of the food. This is not authentic style Mexican cooking that I'm use to at all. I ordered chicken fajitas. The rice was blan, the beans didn't really have flavor, and don't even get me started on the chicken. The chicken didn't even look presentable. The best part of this meal was the pico, sour cream and guac bowl that they give you with this plate. This just wasn't it. This wasn't authentic Mexican style cooking to me. I felt like I wasted my money here.
