Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Order a 10 piece meal and a side of Cajun rice. The manager was rude. I asked to get a LG Cajun rice instead of the regular due to it being a 1.00 more than the regular. She stated I couldn't change nothing at the window. Poor customer service for the manager . Then I asked to speak to her and she refused. Just lost a customer.

This did not deserve even 1 star I rarely go to Popeyes however, a request was made of me to do so and I won’t be returning to this one. I immediately noticed that there appeared to be no one “in charge” and if there was someone in charge they were incompetent. I sat in line along with six other cars ( because this particular Popeyes is drive-through only, I realize this after I tried to open the door and avoid the very slow line of cars) I sat in my car for at least 30 minutes and when I finally did get to order I was put on hold and sat there for another maybe 5 minutes before anyone could take my order. when I approached the window to pick up my food and to pay, there was a young man that was swearing using all manner of profanity about how he didn’t like having to come to this place and work, he repeated that statement several times before one of the three young men that were visible to me motioned to the foul mouth young man that I was sitting there at the window and I could hear

Ate the fried flounder sandwich and it was very tasty. The fish itself is bigger than the bun it sits in. I really enjoy the spicy tartar sauce that comes on it. The fish is thick and it's good!!
