Los Altos Restaurant

I just paid basically 40 for 6 shrimp tacos. The old lady on the phone did not say the dinner only came with 2 tacos I would have not ordered it. I asked was i getting 4 tacos for each dinner and she told me yes when I get to the store she tells me it’s only 3 in each box . I’ve been coming here for at least 2 years and I’ve always gotten 4 tacos for me and my boyfriend and never had an issue. I paid because I felt bad because they already made but but I did not feel it was right the lady did not tell me over the phone that the dinner came with 2 tacos that makes no sense. But they didn’t even let me get a refund for the mistake on their behalf. I’m allergic to tomatoes and they put a whole salad with big tomatoes on my plate. And told me it is nothing wrong with the food since I opened it they can’t refund me. But I had to check my food. Horrible customer service. They stood and laughed and spoke in Spanish in my face hope they get tired the whole staff

OMG???? I went there to try the birria tacos, with whole beans, and rice. My order had refried beans I didn't complain, I ate the food it was not that great but edible, still no complaints not long after I was full my stomach started to hurt and I started vomiting like a faucet running water (I had no alcoholic beverages) 3 times. I will never ever patronize this place again.

I have been coming here for years but today I encountered the worst staff and worse service in the history of dining waited as the terrible waiter had no experience literally brought 1 item out at a time 1hr and 49minutes to be exact to serve 6 simple meals and left us there without even asking if we needed anything else refills or the bill. I came in with my mixed children and felt they were being very racist…smh never will I come there again they lost our business
