I ordered a salad and as I'm looking in the ladies cashing me out I noticed that all over my salad it's old and Soggy tomatoes I kindly asked her to remove them I'm expecting her to wash her hands and put gloves on no instead she cashes me out and starts putting her hands in my food now I know my food safety and that's already cross contamination you're automatically supposed to put gloves on when you're touching other people's food and you work in the restaurant I've stopped eating here years ago and I will not be back I don't even know why I came
This is an old school coney , best hash browns in the D, , very reasonably priced five star breakfast
If I could have given zero stars I would have. The first thing you notice is the splintered glass door. Once you get inside, you'll find standard seating. It smelled musty but I ignored that and perused the menu while we waited for the waitress to acknowledge us (or any of the 8 people in the restaurant.) Three of these patrons were eating, one was waiting for takeout. 10 minutes later, she yells across the room, it's going to be awhile and then tells the cook to not get in a hurry. We were tired from traveling and my friend was looking forward to a coney as that was literally why we chose that spot, but we waited, and waited some more. Another 15 minutes pass and she yells out again that it's going to be awhile, so we left. I come from a restaurant background and know what it's like to be short handed, so we were trying to be patient
