LongHorn Steakhouse

I had a very nice time at Longhorn Steakhouse. The ambiance was not too intimate and not too casual, but just right. The bread was wonderfully warm and delicious. I had the Outlaw Ribeye with a loaded baked potato and side salad. My steak was cooked to the perfect temperature and doneness, the baked potato was really great and the salad (it was a salad) but it was super yummy! My overall experience was very pleasant and I'll be returning again soon to try the Parmesan crust on a steak. Thank you!

Although we were seated within 15 minutes on a Saturday night, we waited a long time for everything else...drinks, appetizer, salad, bread and our food! The waitress was nice, but seemed very absent minded; sometimes she had to make 2 trips to get something we asked for! Mom found a long black hair in her salad. We have eaten here many times, but this was by far our worst experience! I am hoping it was a one time occurrence!

Went there last night with an out of town guest. Food arrived mostly cold and my husband's steak had to be sent back as it was badly over cooked. Waited so long for things to get fixed for my husband's food that I gave up on eating mine all together and asked for a to box to just box it up in. Heck by the time the to go box arrived, the melted butter for my shrimp was solidified. The poor waitress was.over worked to the point where she was dripping things left and right and apologizing to everyone for things taking so long. Service here seems to just be going downhill more and more. Add in the bonus treat of getting to listen to a few staff members complaining about their scheduled shifts.
