Long John Silver's | A&W

I ordered through Door Dash. I ordered 3 combo’s and I received 2 and no drinks for all of the combo’s. I myself am a store manager and I deal with 3rd party delivery company’s. It seems to me that none of the employees read the order’s and or recheck them to make sure that everything is with the entire order all the way down to napkins silverware if needed and drinks. This is something that they should implement.

I paid 44 dollars for the family meal. The fish and chicken was over cooked, they put a bunch of shrimp sauce in the bag, although we didn't order shrimp. We didn't get our cole slaw. I won't be going back again. I'm absolutely disappointed.

Probably one of the roughest LJS's I have been to in a while. They were out of chicken and a few sides a couple days ago. A day before that their "grill wasn't on" to make hotdogs and they were out of multiple sides. They are running low on tartar sauce as well. Whoever the young black drive thru cashier is, she looks and acts like she hates working there. Times are tough and the economy is rough, but that place needs a makeover in many ways.
