A&W Restaurant

Needs some help. I like Long Johns product, which is also sold here. But it's gone downhill. Or, the Mauldin, SC location needs some help maybe. My order of fish and shrimp was greasy, and very salty. Also inedible. This location also seems to have a problem with moving the drive thru along. It's slow and sometimes the wait can be extremely long. As I waited in line in the drive thru, I saw people walk in and right back out. I can only assume the restaurant was backed up too. This issue has been a problem with this location for awhile now. Think I'll stop going for awhile and see if things get better, hopefully, at least the food quality will get better. Sorry to share such daunting opinion, but I truly hope it gets better. I did really like the product.

Not the best or worst fast food I've had. Employee's work like they are in slow motion. management tried to make up for the employees mistakes and short comings.

Horrible slow service in the drive thru. Had to repeat the order numerous times, only to find they do not have ice cream. How can someone advertise floats and not have ice cream? Dining room is still closed even though restaurants have been reopened for a year now. If you can’t provide the items you advertise, you should close or change your menu
