Locura had been on my radar for some time before visiting over the past weekend. I was impressed with the quality of the food, its presentation, and service. I ordered the pork belly and the lemon pepper elote. Both were well seasoned and satisfying, so much so that I ate most of the pork belly in the car. Locura might be off the beaten path for some, especially when it comes to culinary exploration, but I encourage everyone to give it a try. I look forward to seeing what Laura and Mel create with this space. (By the way they're also on Uber Eats!)
Amazing food! My favorite is the Pork belly and the La Bamba!
The service was super friendly, and the food was incredibly delicious and interesting- the cuisine was reminiscent of adventurous chef-driven restaurants I've visited in Mexico. I loved the super simple "de la calle" style here and will definitely return for the extremely reasonably priced small plates.
