Lock 15 Brewing Company

I feel Lock 15 is underrated. It is so nice inside and the food and beer are wonderful. It could just be me, but when I am thinking of places to go, Lock 15 is not on my radar. Well, that is about to change! I visited for lunch and was very impressed. The inside is clean and welcoming. I LOVE the open kitchen, I think that adds so much to a restaurant. The beer menu is vast and has something for everyone. Not into beer, they have plenty more for everyone. The food menu is more of the same, something for everyone. While looking over the options, I saw so much I wanted to try. I was torn between to items and asked the server for advice. Without hesitation, she said the Nashville Chicken was awesome...and it was! Lock 15 will be on my go to list in the future and I am excited to explore more of the menu.

Drinks were great food was ok. The menu has strange combinations. Not the traditional items you would find paired together. This was both good and bad, as it prevented me from ordering things I enjoy due to odd accompaniments.

Awesome brewery in Akron! Cool location with a beautiful outdoor eating area! Our food was out fast and it was fabulous! The pretzels had 3 fantastic dips/butter. The Ghost Pepper Mac and Cheese and the Fish and Chips were both so good. Highly recommend checking this place out!
