The staff was nice but the store was filthy. None of the tables, chairs or benches were wiped down. My feet even stuck to the floor. Thr moco loco gravy was good but the burger patties were rubbery, as if they were cooked hours before and then got warmed up for service. The short ribs were so flat and dry and almost black, they looked as though they'd been sitting in a pan under a heat lamp for two days. The windows all across the store were dirty and smeared up. I'd hate to imagine what the kitchen or food storage looks like...
Food was as expected. Only minus one star cuz had no cookies. Upon asking, cashier says they hardly carry it cuz hard to find.
I had been craving Hawaiian BBQ and L&L certainly hit the spot!! Their portions are huge and the prices are extremely reasonable. I loved my chicken Katsu!
