Food is good, but attitudes not so good

This used to be our go to Chinese takeout place in the past but not anymore. Their 30 minute delivery turned into almost an hour wait. When we finally received our order after calling a second time the food was cold, the order was wrong, and the woman who answered the phone when we called back blamed my wife. I am pretty sure she never heard of the saying " The customer is always right". My wife asked me to speak to her given that the lady was arguing with her. I could not believe how rude the woman was about the whole situation. We only asked her to send the correct dish given our young son only eats a certain item there She refused but would send the correct dish as new order.....Thanks! It is pretty funny given that order was correct on the receipt but of course we were wrong. Steer clear of this place!!! I am not sure if there are new owners but the woman answering the phone needs to find a new line of work.
