Little Caesars Pizza

My coworker and came here for the first time we wanted to try the Chicago deep pizza and the cheese bread the pizza was actually delicious the cheese bread was good but the person forgot to give us a marinara sauce after she asked us if we wanted marinara sauce we said yes and they still forgot to gave us marinara souse, the deep pizza is great the customer service and employees need some improvement. Overall great pizzas not very friendly employees!

Placed an order online for pick up. When arriving at the restaurant at the time it should have been ready, half of my order was ready but the other half wasn't made yet (wait time was an additional 20 minutes) - it was not busy and both employees were on their phone watching a video when I walked in. The part of my order that was ready was left out on the counter causing it to cool down. No apology for either issues from either of the employees. Whilst the taste was good, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I have been a patron of this Little Caesars for many years. They have always been busy but usually the pizzas are hot and ready as promised. In the last few months, it is impossible to get a pizza that is ready, or good service from anybody inside the store. They are nasty, they look hot and bothered when you walk in. They look at you like you have three eyes when you ask if there's a hot and ready cheese pizza. There's always at least three people when I come in, but never any pizzas ready. I live a mile and a half from this store and that is why I used to frequent it so much. Since my last two experiences which were in the last week and a half I have stopped going there and now I go to Marco's. They always greet me with a smile and my pizzas are ready in minutes. And needless to say, they are delicious and fresh. So long Little Caesars
