Little Caesars Pizza

Sat at the drive thru speaker for a few min nobody said hello so i pulled around to see if they were open hours on the window said yes they were i asked the guy who was at the window if they were open and he said ummm just a minute...comes back and says ya we are..they couldn't make me stuffed cheese sticks until 4pm it was 3pm ..but they did have reg bread sticks which were obviously very old and thrown in the microwave to warm up. This is my second bad experience with two different Little Caesars y'all are going down hill. There won't be a third time.

This place is the absolute worst. Was told to pull ahead and wait 5min for my pizza to be made. Went inside 15min later to see what was going on, was told it would be another 15min. After 30minutes half my order was done but they admitted they forgot to make my other pizza. After 50minutes of waiting I get home with my pizza and have to put it in my oven to finish cooking it. I realize you pay for what you get, having my pizza fully cooked is too much to expect I guess. After waiting 50 minutes I probably could have cooked the whole pizza with a Bic lighter...

I waited 10 minutes inside before walking out and attempting the drive through. There was 1 car in front of me they never ended up coming to the window for them at all, nor me. I went back inside again and someone finally came to the counter. They had zero hot and ready pizzas ready which was fine. So I waited for my food along with several other people. A female employee comes out with someone’s order takes said order outside on 2 different occasions then walked back in with the same order both times. Finally she said my food is ready. I’m very certain my food sat back there awhile bc it was not hot and fresh. The breadsticks were barely warm and the pizza wasn’t hot. It was warm at best. What did I wait for 15-20 mins for if I got food that sat around for awhile? Highly recommend anywhere else. Worse service ever.
