Drive thru very slow.....then realized at home I was missing part of my order! Went back next day to get it after talking to manager. Sat in drive thru for at least 20 min, got to window and had to pull up and wait for 10 more minute for person to bring out. Done with Grandville Arbys!!!
This location has screwed up my last 3 orders with them. After the first mistake they sent me a make it right card. When I went to redeem it they failed to give me all of the items in the meal the card was good for. I notified them of the 2nd mistake and didn't get any response at all. Today I needed a quick lunch and they had no line so I thought I'd give them one more chance and they once again failed to get all of the items in my order despite the fact I was literally their only customer. Do not go to this location.
The one in Grandville the staff there is super awesome. Love the jalapeño poppers my food is always hot. Location is ok spot dont turn left on rush hour times.
