First time placing a delivery and this is not my usual LCP. Driver was missing one of the pizzas and missing the drink. Driver (door dash) could care less. Tip was on the order so that was a loss. Called LCP and after a 20 minute hold I got a unempathetic operator. 10 days to get small refund. Pizza wasn't cut, bread sticks were soggy. Overall very poor food, service and help.

I accidentally ordered from this location(usually go to Hamilton mill) This is the slowest,most disorganized place in the world. I arrived to pick up my online order, which is supposed to be pretty seamless since they now have the pizza ovens. It was not because the exterior door was locked and I along with several other confused customers were outside looking in. Even more ridiculous, is the fact that the employees actually look at your confusion through the glass as you tug on the door! If i hadn't paid online, i would have just left.. I then went to the drive thru, and was given a cold pizza after 10 additional minutes of waiting. Needless to say, I will not be back. Hot and ready? Not that day...sheesh.
