Little Caesars Pizza

This place needs to be investigated by public health officials or shut down they had 2 people working in unsanitary conditions. The employee making the pizzas never washed his hands and was handing food while taking orders on the register and again he never washed his hands so disgusting and not customer friendly at all. I was afraid to buy any pizza from here. It just didn't yell cleanliness. These owners should be involved in the care of their restaurant chains they lose business especially I others see what I saw unless they just don't care.

Came to Chicago Heights location around 3:15 in the afternoon on a Sunday. There was no food ready and was told it would be a 25 minute wait. They had no crazy bread available. While waiting I saw a staff member pick something off of a pizza with their bare hands and then continue to close that pizza up to serve to someone.

Apathetic staff, mobile ordered 2 hours ahead of time and order was never made. Cashier said they would make it in 30 minutes. This was not done. Meanwhile the front of the store filled with more and more dissatisfied customers who all began demanding refunds. Cashier ended up giving up at life and just left the store.
