Haven't been here in over 3 years... the food is great!!! But the smoothie I ordered did not taste as great as it did years ago... they don't focus as much on the smoothie aspect of the menu.... i guess... I like their stuff but the entire staff is always in a bad mood. The taller female manager or owner (brown/black hair?) always has a nasty attitude. She never smiles, is standoffish, rolls her eyes and makes faces, is rude to her employees and customers, and gives this place a terrible vibe. Maybe that's why all the employees look very depressed.
Forgot my wallet after picking up my order. Once I realized I did, I checked for it’s location using my AirTag tracker which still had it placed at liquid planet. Staff seemed very uninterested in helping locate it. After I just spent money in this business. Thanks for the lack of help
