Lion's Choice

The staff here are so kind and the quality has always been great. The dining room is very clean. I spoke with the manager and told her how wonderful her team members are. She said she has been working very hard to be able to keep the dining room open for her customers during Covid and staffing shortages. I can tell she is a hard worker who really cares about her customers. Highly recommend this location!

While Lion's Choice IMHO is better then Arby's, I am disappointed that the one in Fenton does not seem to care about quality control. This Italian beef looks nothing like the photo on their website. The meat was dry, the bread was hard (maybe microwaved), and the sandwich overall was sloppy which makes the overall experience negative. If the manager is reading these, please focus on quality control. Here is what my Italian beef looked like versus what I was hoping to get from what they advertised.

Love lions choice, just not this location. Dining room has been closed for 4 years, refuse to give the amounts of condiments I want, and give out substandard food for lions choice. Time for new management at this location.
