Good food and excellent service. The hand pulled noodles makes this place very special. You can choose the dry noodles or noodle soup. You can also choose thin or flat noodles. All depends on what you like. The beef tender noddle is highly recommended. You need to ask spicy sauce if you need it. I believe this is because of the pandemic. Otherwise you should see all of these sauces on your table.
Ordered Beef tendon and beef hand pulled noodles. It's pricey but the portion is huge. ($19). Lots of meat and noodles. Not a big fan of the thick noodles. I wish they would make it smaller version and charge like $15? It's way too big. The pork belly pancake roll was delicious.
Fantastic Taiwanese cuisine - one of the best in the Bay. Their beef noodle soup still doesn't compare to what you'll find in Taiwan, but it's still pretty damn good. The scallion pancakes were less crispy and more flimsy than I expected. The cold peanut noodles were great. The smashed cucumbers were good though not as flavorful as at Din Tai Fung.
