Let's Eat Papillion

I really like this idea for a pop up dining option. I've been able to try several different types of food that are way outside of my typical dining habits. This is a great way for local catering companies to showcase what they can do or allow existing restaurateurs to "test the waters" on some new ideas. This has also put downtown Papillion on the map for me to check out some other businesses and to support local independent businesses.
