This Runza obviously has their chocolate soft-serve machine set for a different mix than all of the rest, because it is THE BEST CHOCOLATE SOFT-SERVE AROUND! Super chocolatey. Tastes like the chocolate malted ice cream cups you get at professional MLB baseball parks. We've driven out of our way to get chocolate cones at this particular Runza for three years now! Don't anyone tell them that they have their machine mix set wrong - because it is fantastic!
Wonderful customer service and attention to customers needs. I believe his name was Brian he is amazing. The restaurant was in pristine condition inside and out. Can't say enough about customer service.
Food was okay but the lady that was working the drive-thru was extremely rude when I asked for extra ranch and wanted to do a split payment then oddly enough she then asked me if I wanted my debit card back l. So I called and expressed my experience to the manager and she didn't seemed to concerned. Will not be back to this location
