Called in my order at 7:15. I was told it would be 25min I just got done working and live in Cuyahoga Falls so I drove around in Fairlawn until my order was ready. When I went in they didn't have my order and asked if I called the right place, I showed them the number I called and asked if that was there number and they said yes it was. A guy took my order on the phone but No one would admit they messed up.Offered to make it and I would have to wait 20 more minutes, sorry but waiting 25 min. already and another 20 was not on my agenda!! The worst part is that No one would admit they messed up. And they acted like it was my fault. What a disappointment because they have the best chicken and jo-jo's around.
Stopped in to pick up a 8 piece chicken and JoJo. In my opinion this place is highly underrated. Of course you will have to wait for your food to be cooked however the service is friendly and the food is good.
