BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Went in for lunch today and thought it would be quick since there was only ten tables and three servers. Stood by the door as servers kept passing saying they would sit us. Once we sat down we ordered drinks and an appetizer of boneless wings. We sat for over thirty minutes with no food and the server didn’t come back to even explain why it was taking so long. Sadly we left hungry, definitely won’t be going back.

If I was able to give a half star or less I would. Service was horrible. The bartender was swearing as soon as we walked in at the servers. They had 3 people in the bar area to serve. We had to flag someone down for drinks and then ask again. My wife ordered her food and did not come with what it was supposed to. My food was not good either. The people in the seats behind us left after they ordered a water and pepsi left when they never got water. Will not visit again.

This is a nice place for you and someone special to just have a nice casual dinner in a clean, peaceful atmosphere. For a dinner for two all of the photos that you see that posted salmon, calamari, roasted Brussel sprouts and drinks costed about 100$ for two. The food tasted really good. The servers were very nice and food was delivered in a timely manner. I see a lot of negative reviews which is surprising. I think you have to disregard most of these reviews because after the Covid pandemic consumers & customers if you are in the service industry you probably agree that people are very rude, impatient & entitled. They expect when they snapp your fingers that you come running. They are not understand that the staff and workers are doing the best that they can under the circumstances that they are short handed. Have a little patience and you will find that you will have a great dinner accommodating service at a cost that doesn’t empty your wallets enjoy!
