LENWICH

They have dialed-in the lunchtime deli sandwich service. They have a diverse selection of sandwiches and the ordering/payment/pick-up process is very efficient. Quality seems to be high as well with fresh ingredients and made-to-order (not pre-made and refrigerated, as far as I can tell) sandwiches.

Wish I could give it 6 stars. Today was the first time I had a sandwich from Lenwich and I must say that it was one of the best if not the best sandwich I've had in the area. I had the Jimmy and I must say that the bread was very soft and fresh and the chicken was fresh and flavorful as well. I recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a great sandwich.

Not my cup of tea. The sandwiches are fine for what they are but they are overpriced. I get it, it's Manhattan and everything is overpriced but there are better sandwiches to be had in the area that are priced similarly. The interior is typical older downtown counter lunch spot and not overly inviting. They are fast so that's good and portion size is fine. Location is also good where you can take your food and eat it in the park across the street if the weather is cooperating.
