I have continuous bad luck at this location. Went here at 11am today, a Saturday. There was only a handful of people in store. I ordered a small vanilla matcha and it was filled mainly with foam. Then I waited 25 minutes for my açaí bowl. Before ordering, I had asked if there were cranberries in the granola (allergy). I was told no, just raisins. When I FINALLY get the bowl, there’s cranberries. That’s dangerous. Everyone was waiting 30 minutes for their drinks or food. Not sure what going on but this happens every time I come here.
The music volume is so LOUD on 4pm Thur 9/14/23 at this location!!!! It’s like clubbing music. It seems the store doesn’t want people to stay. I ordered a coffee and immediately wanted to leave because the bgm is giving me a heart attack.
A bit pricey compared to the carts outside but food was decent and quick.
