I generally like this place. The food is priced well. The service is nice. It is a great small place to get tacos.
Salsas lack taste, seemed like little to no salt was added. Steak had great seasoning and tasted great but gorditas were cold even after the waiter was asked if they could heat it up. One salsa was very spicy but with no flavor. Waiter lacked enthusiasm, no smile or greeting. Straight faced and asked for our order before we even had time to look at the menu. Waiter looked tired and food took forever to come out even though there was only one family ahead of us (they had already gotten their order) charged us more than intended but was able to fix it
One of my personal favorites in Joliet. They have incredible chips and salsa and the servers are always polite and cheerful. I’ve never disliked anything I’ve ordered here.
